Due to the unique, limited-edition nature of our monthly boutique collections, we generally cannot offer returns or exchanges; however, we are committed to resolving any issues involving damaged or incorrect items. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives in less than perfect condition.

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging, ensuring the mailing label is visible for our records.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to initiate a claim for a replacement or refund.
Evaluation
Our team will review your request within 48 business hours to determine if the item is eligible for a return or a shop credit based on current inventory.
Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a pre-paid return label if necessary, or immediately process your refund to the original payment method.
